Sales & Marketing
I am a Field and Channel Marketing Manager for EMEA and APAC. So I take care of marketing initiatives for those regions and implementing campaigns together with our channel partners. My daily job is to make sure that we get to tell the best story to the maximum amount of people about EfficientIP and how DDI can benefit a network infrastructure and security.
I like a challenge and not coming from an IT background nor experience was certainly one aspect. I like the fact that it was for a company in a growing environment and enormous potential.
I would say a good marketeer needs to be very well organised. Being aware and curious about new techniques and keen on learning new things is always a good bonus!
There are a couple of initiatives that I am proud of since being at EfficientIP. I started working on social media and started the first ever Linkedin campaigns for the company. These were showing increasing great results which ended up being a strong component of our digital marketing today. This was 5 years ago and we started working on the EfficientIP page with only 1,500 followers… Another initiative that I am proud of if our participation to an event in Germany last year, IT-SA, a key network security event. It was not our first participation but together with the team, we managed to assemble 3 key partners with us during this event. It was the first time we had such a strong presence with the great support of our local partners. Hopefully opening the doors to more!
Last year for Valentines Day we asked our CEO to be in a short video and instead of offering the usual flowers, to offer a data center our SOLIDserver. This was really fun to see this video coming together!
A company with great potential and great people.
The proximity with the management team: it’s great to see that you are able to openly communicate about your concerns and daly issues while being supported in your role.
